Inspiring Gatherings began with a simple intention: to create a warm, welcoming place where women can arrive as they are and feel met with curiosity, intelligence, and care.
We believe growth doesn’t need to be rushed or performed. Our gatherings make room for questions as much as knowledge, for listening as much as speaking, and for learning that feels human rather than prescriptive. Here, women come together to explore ideas, share experience, and strengthen their sense of autonomy in good company.

Meet the Founders
Saskia Cuddy Bezzola
After an international education, a career as a litigator and becoming a mother, Saskia was eager to explore her more creative side and founded her business, @BagsByInlaced, in Geneva in 2020.
Throughout her life she has always fully appreciated the importance and tremendous value of meeting and exchanging with other women. Each shared conversation has sparked interest, generated new questions and ideas as well as infused positive energy into all aspects of her life. This motivated Saskia to launch a second business bringing together women to exchange, grow and learn from each other.
Awa Sakho
Born and raised in Madrid, Awa has lived in London, Zurich and New York before settling down in Geneva with her family over 10 years ago. She is an economist and has worked in Investment Banking and Alternative Investments. Throughout the years, Awa met incredible women from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. These many encounters crystalised the idea that connecting with other women and sharing experiences stimulates us to further explore our own talents and possibilities as well as our dreams and aspirations.
