About the event
After a childhood spent between Beirut, Riyadh, and Paris, and graduating from the EM Lyon Business School, Maya began her career in London in 1999 at Procter & Gamble and then in Geneva when P&G’s European headquarters were established in Switzerland.
During her 12 years with the multinational company, Maya held various positions in the purchasing department, mainly within the beauty and fragrance divisionsIn 2006, she distinguished herself by establishing a key partnership with a European packaging conglomerate, creating new supply sources for P&G in Asia.
Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with her experienced as a mother of three children, led her to create My Little Room in 2011. Frustrated by the lack of stylish and high-quality children’s furniture she decided to launch a company specialising in children’s design.
